Information for International Travelers & Tourists

Answer: Our cuisine is modern and artisanal, but deeply inspired by traditional Bulgarian flavors and ingredients. We use high-quality ingredients sourced from local producers. If you are coming from the pedestrian zone on Vitosha Boulevard, the walk takes no more than 7-8 minutes.

Practical Info for Locals & Sofia Residents

Answer: We define Aubergine as a craft beer bistro with artisanal and seasonal cuisine, rather than a traditional beer hall or a noisy pub. Our focus is strictly on balanced food prepared with a genuine commitment to product quality. What makes us unique is that, along with specializing in pairing each dish with a specific style of craft beer, we also offer an extensive wine list. This includes a special premium selection of wines from small, boutique wineries, which we also serve by the glass to satisfy the palate of every wine enthusiast.

Answer: Yes, we have a hidden, quiet, and very green summer garden that is perfectly isolated from the city noise. Since our outdoor seating is limited and fills up quickly (especially for dinner and during weekends), we highly recommend making a reservation in advance. You can easily book your table through the reservation form here on our website or by giving us a call.

Answer: The area around Carnegie Street falls under the Blue Zone for paid street parking, which is active from Monday to Saturday. You can find up-to-date information on hours and rules on the official Sofia Urban Mobility Center website. Since finding a street spot during peak hours can sometimes be a challenge, the closest and most convenient options for secure parking within short walking distance are the NDK underground parking and the parking garage on Vitosha Boulevard.

Answer: Yes, our indoor dining room is fully air-conditioned to ensure a cool and comfortable experience even on the hottest summer days. For our guests’ convenience, we also provide a fast Wi-Fi connection available at any time.
